New footage has emerged showing Erling Haaland and Mikel Arteta come to blows following Man City’s last gaspe equaliser against Arsenal at the Etihad.
City got off to the perfect start through their main man, as Haaland burst onto the end of Savinho’s through ball and fired past David Raya to put Pep Guardiola’s side ahead.
Arsenal fired back in impressive fashion through new signing Riccardo Calafiori, and took the lead before the break through the head of Gabriel Magalhães who has now scored in back to back games.
However, it all took a turn for the worst for Mikel Arteta as he saw yet another player sent off for petulantly kicking the ball away while on a yellow card as Leandro Trossard was forced to walk just before half-time.
Despite coming out with arguably the most defensive setup of all time in the second half, Arsenal failed to see out the game as John Stones turned the ball home from close range in the 98th minute.
Following the game tempers began to flair after Haaland appeared to deliberately throw the ball at the back of Gabriel’s head following the equaliser, and the Premier League top scorer even got involved with the Arsenal boss.
Footage that has now been released by Sky, shows exactly what Haaland said to Arteta which caused more tempers to flair.
“Stay humble eh, stay humble,” Haaland told the former City assistant.
The Norwegian striker also threw shade at 17-year-old Myles Lewis-Skelly who was making his debut.
Following another high tempered moment after the equaliser Haaland asked the youngster ‘who the f*ck are you’ before continuing to scuffle with Polish defender Jakub Kiwior.
The draw means Arsenal now sit fourth in the Premier League table, two points behind the reigning champions and one point behind Aston Villa and Liverpool.
