Manchester United have agreed a deal with Juventus for the transfer of Jadon Sancho to the Serie A side.
Despite appearing to put their differences aside, Erik ten Hag has not selected Jadon Sancho in either of United’s first two Premier League games following the winger’s cameo in the Community Shield.
Despite rumours of a potential swap deal with Chelsea involving Raheem Sterling, it’s Juventus that look to have secured the services of the England international.
According to Fabrice Hawkins via X, the Italian side have reached an agreement with United for a loan deal with an obligation to buy.
However, it is not yet confirmed how much this buy option will be, but the report claims the player is very keen on the move to the Italian giants.
Speaking in pre-season, Ten Hag revealed the details of his first chat with Sancho following his return from Dortmund.
“We spoke well. Everyone can make a mistake. We draw a line and move on,” he explained.
“This club needs good players and one thing is certain: Jadon is a very good player. I hope it will click and [he can] contribute to our success.”
The 24-year-old was pivotal for Borussia Dortmund in the second half of last season, particularly in the Champions League where he was hugely influential in their run to the final.

Sancho is likely to be Juventus’ replacement for Federico Chiesa who looks set to seal a move to United’s Premier League rivals Liverpool.
Arne Slot’s side have agreed a deal worth €13m with add-ons and Chiesa will sign a four year contract with the Merseyside club according to Fabrizio Romano.
Chiesa scored nine goals and provided two assists in 33 Serie A appearances last season, earning his place at Euro 2024 where he started three out of Italy’s four matches.
